2. Description of Services

FXUnfold is an interactive educational platform providing:

• Forex trading curriculum structured across multiple skill levels.
• Modular lessons featuring real-world price action mechanics.
• Interactive candlestick chart laboratory tools powered by Lightweight Charts.
• Historical and simulated market scenario laboratories.
• Formative quizzes and knowledge assessments.
• Comprehensive summative course examinations.
• Student learning dashboards and achievement milestones.
• Verifiable certificates of completion for eligible graduating students.

3. Account Registration

Certain features (including course enrollment, progress tracking, taking assessments, and earning certificates) require registration and authentication.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities performed through your account, except where responsibility is directly attributable to FXUnfold under applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on FXUnfold.

4. Course Enrollment and Access

Courses on FXUnfold may be free or paid. Free courses require registration and enrollment. Paid courses require successful payment verification or an authorized alternative entitlement (such as a verified 100% discount promotional coupon).

Unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout, enrollment grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the educational content for your own personal educational use while the platform remains available.

Enrollment does not transfer ownership or copyright in any educational content, code, or materials to the student.

5. Course Pricing and Payments

Course prices are clearly displayed in local currency (NGN) or USD prior to checkout. FXUnfold may offer promotional pricing, seasonal discounts, and vouchers.

Payments are securely processed via Paystack or other authorized payment gateway providers. You agree to provide valid payment details and comply with applicable gateway terms. A paid enrollment activates automatically upon successful server-side payment verification.

FXUnfold reserves the right to correct genuine typographical or computational pricing errors, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Coupons and Promotional Offers

Coupons and vouchers are subject to specific eligibility rules, redemption limits, course restrictions, and expiration dates. Student-specific discount codes may only be redeemed by their designated student account.

Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. Fraudulent, forged, or unauthorized coupon attempts may result in instant cancellation of the affected transaction and account review.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests are reviewed in good faith based on the refund policy communicated at checkout and applicable statutory consumer protection standards.

Eligible grounds for refund consideration include verified duplicate billing, technical inability to access purchased curriculum resulting from unresolvable platform outages, or unauthorized fraudulent transactions. 8. Assessments and Examinations

Students must satisfy progressive assessment requirements and pass summative examinations to qualify for course completion credentials.

Examinations are governed by academic integrity standards: minimum passing scores, server-side randomized question timing, and attempt restrictions. Students must not impersonate others, utilize automated answer-scraping bots, or attempt to manipulate grading results. Suspected academic fraud will result in invalidation of exam scores.

9. Certificates of Completion

Certificates confirm that the recipient has satisfied the curriculum and examination requirements set forth by FXUnfold. Course payment alone does not guarantee certification; passing grades must be earned legitimately.

10. Intellectual Property

The FXUnfold software codebase, interactive chart engines, visual interface designs, branding, and original educational media are developed by Akiode Timothy and protected by intellectual property laws.

Foundational pedagogical frameworks, technical concepts, and educational structures are respectfully attributed to SOWfx (School of Wealth), with original foundational rights remaining with their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, decompile, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without explicit written authorization from FXUnfold.

11. Acceptable Use

When accessing FXUnfold, you expressly agree not to:

• Share, resell, or publicly broadcast account credentials.
• Bypass curriculum access restrictions, paywalls, or feature locks.
• Attempt to breach or reverse engineer application infrastructure or APIs.
• Deploy automated scrapers, crawlers, or attack tools against our endpoints.
• Manipulate examination submissions, answer payloads, or grading systems.
• Upload malicious scripts, viruses, or defamatory material.
• Utilize the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or manipulative schemes.

12. Educational Purpose and Trading Risk

All forex-related educational materials, market simulations, and analysis frameworks are provided for general educational purposes only.

13. Platform Availability

We strive for continuous, high-performance platform availability. However, services may be occasionally subject to planned maintenance, network interruptions, or unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

FXUnfold reserves the right to suspend or terminate student accounts in cases of material breach of these Terms, unauthorized credential sharing, academic cheating, security tampering, or fraudulent activity. Where appropriate and legally permissible, notice will be provided.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, FXUnfold and its developer (Akiode Timothy) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including financial trading losses, lost capital, or lost opportunity—arising out of the use of or inability to use our educational materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Nigeria.
